February 25, 2004 SAN JUAN WELCOMES A FEW NEW FACES Tom McCarthy has been appointed to the position of territory support manager, His responsibilities will include territory development and dealer support services. Tom is a 29 year pool industry veteran with an extensive background in sales and management. Tom resides in Naperville, IL with his wife Peggy and sons Patrick, Ryan and John. Patrick and Ryan are currently attending Purdue University. Jim Erskine has been appointed Regional Sales Manager for the north-east territory to include Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and eastern New York. Jim brings over 30 years of pool industry experience to the San Juan Family of sales managers with specialty areas in all phases of construction techniques. Jim resides in Sabattus, ME with his wife Lisa and daughters Courtney and Morgan. Sandy Rossignol also of Sabattus, ME will be working with Jim as his territory support specialist.
