Based in Casa Grande, Arizona, Foster is responsible for sales of San Juan brand fiberglass pools and spas in the states of Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii, as well as parts of Utah and California south of San Francisco.

Foster brings more than 30 years of sales and managerial experience in the fiberglass industry to San Juan Pools. Prior to joining San Juan, he served as a director of Whittaker Ram, California and Leer, Inc., developed and managed international sales organizations, and established an international sales and technical procedures program for the fiberglass reinforced plastics industry.

Due to his expertise in such fields as fiberglass techniques, polyester chemistry and open face mold buildings, Foster is a “much in demand speaker, “ having lectured at many prominent places, including Notre Dame University.

Foster graduated from Goshen High School in Indiana in 1966 and attended the University of Maryland. He resides with his wife in Casa Grande, Arizona.
