Kennedy was presented with his award during the NSPI Show in Dallas, TX, while Schier was honored at the NSPI Canada Show in Toronto. Many members of their extended San Juan “family,” including company President Kirk Sullivan, attended both events.

“We are excited for Paul and Don for earning such high profile recognition for their outstanding work, and by so doing, drawing widespread favorable attention to San Juan Pools,” Sullivan said.

The Canadians won this recognition for a stunning installation at a home in Nobleton featuring an 11' x 16' Paradise model San Juan fiberglass swimming pool as the focal point of an outdoor garden/recreation center that also includes an expansive deck, a colorful gazebo, concrete planters containing brightly colored flowers and a wrought iron fence. The entertainment center is situated amid rolling hills in a rural area of Canada.

According to Kennedy, the Paradise model pool was “the pool of choice” for this installation because of its compact size and the fact that it is “ideal for swimming laps, water games and aerobics.”
